FREE RETURNS FOR ALL CANADA ORDERS & NO RESTOCKING FEES. YOU HAVE 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Once your return is received and processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card that never expires. Please allow 3-5 days after return is received for store credit to be delivered. 

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

-Items not eligible for returns include sale items, hair accessories, jewelry, and bodysuits.

 -The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost.

 -Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

-Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.

-If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.

-Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.

-Store Credit does not expire.

SHIPPING & HANDLING 

Shipping will be calculated based on shipping address. Please note international orders may be subject to duties and other taxes. We do not offer local delivery at this time.
